Rose City Cycling is comprised of cycling enthusiasts and volunteers who support the cycling community. In 2023, Tyler Bicycle Club began its merge with FRESH Race Team to be the new 501c3 non-profit organization, Rose City Cycling. This organization will continue to promote and foster participation in Cycling to improve the overall health and wellness of our communities here in East Texas. We are eager to welcome new cyclists and engage our community providing opportunity to learn as a beginner or grow your skills as an advanced rider. Welcome!
